Soiled nappies!

My little boy is 8 weeks old and from about 4 weeks up until this last week he has had 1 soiled nappy every other day and it was just a normal poo. We changed his formula as advised by the health visitor and he now goes once a day and isn’t struggling as much. Today he has had 2 soiled nappies that have been very watery and have soaked into the nappy rather than sitting in it, it’s not after every bottle or anything and he doesn’t appear to be in any discomfort and he’s still had plenty of wet nappies inbetween. I think I’m just after advice really, do we think it could be a stomach bug? Or can babies just have very watery poo sometimes?🙃

My 7 week boy has always had very watery poo i thought it was normal, but he’s exclusively breastfed so maybe that’s why

@Daria he was on breatmilk for the first 4 weeks and it was wateryish then but today it’s been just yellow water😂xx

Noo, babies can have watery poos. You'll know if he had a stomach but as their should be other symptoms such as fever, or general sickness. Wouldn't wouldn't. Quite normal xx

@Patricia perfect thank you!! I think he is fine in himself other than his usual witching hour!😂xxx

How's he doing?x
