Expired gift certificate? (Pic on comment)
I got this for Christmas in 2023 and forgot I had it. It says valid until 2025.
I plan to go this afternoon. I’m going to ask to use it, but not sure if they’ll take it. I won’t put up a big stink if they say no.
If you worked there, would you accept it?

When you ask say “I don’t mind paying any difference or just paying for it if the certificate is expired 🤷♀️” if you sound nice & flexible they’ll wanna be more flexible
It would also be really easy to turn that 5 into a 6 if I had the right colour pen, but that doesn’t sit right with me.
It doesn't say a month, just a year so no reason to think it has expired
Update! They accepted the gift certificate and let me pay the difference for a pedicure 💯
