Ready made Aptamil issues

The past 2 nights my baby has struggled with bad nights sleep, loads of leg slamming etc. The ONLY link I can make which has been different to past days is that he has had a bottle of the ready made liquid Aptamil as we’ve been on the road and it’s been easier. When I think back to previous bad nights sleeps I think that’s the common denominator too! Has this happened to anyone else? He hasn’t pooed and I’m fully expecting it to come out a bit thicker and gooier when it eventually comes like it has previous times he’s had the ready made stuff. He’s fine on the powder! Look forward to hearing if this is anyone else’s experience too.
