I find the ergo really supportive and easy to use as there are not many adjustments to be made after the initial adjusting. You can also wear baby facing outward or inward. My baby wanted to start facing out and looking around at 5 months but when he's tired I can wear him facing in and he can sleep

Ergo 360 is amazing

We use the ergo baby carries and they are amazing!

As I'm looking for something as well, are there any suggestions for something that won't break the bank? I don't know about OP, but I need something to use only at the airport and partially during the flight, as baby will be in a pram mostly, which he loves. Wouldn't really want to spend £100-150 for something that will be used for 3-4 hours every 4-6 months...

@Mantha You could look on Vinted or Facebook marketplace. Usually really good condition. We had the infantino flip which I found okay for facing inwards but didn’t provide to correct support for outwards facing. My partner is also very tall and it didn’t ever sit right on him. So in the end we got the ergo 360 and you can really tell the difference.

@Paris I'm just really worried about fakes, apparently it's a huge problem with Vinted (saw posts on a group on FB) and their customer service is no help at all...

Also have an ergo baby 360 breeze. It’s good in warmer climates which is why I got that one but they’re not cheap. I would go to your local sling library try some on and hire one for a month. We hired a few for a month to work out what we wanted to invest in.

Yes, the Ergo baby is great. You might be able to find one second hand?

For all the ergo comments, does it hurt your shoulders at all? I have a cheap Amazon one (Infantino) which I wouldn’t recommend and looking for a diff one too but I’ve seen others online say at the end they are all the same and they all make your shoulders hurt? Had my eye on ergo one but pls someone confirm if it doesn’t hurt 😭

I used a sling wrap till baby was 6 months old and now switched to this. It costs only £33 and my baby is a Velcro baby so we use it a lot. It’s also tall-people friendly so my husband uses it too. https://www.amazon.co.uk/IULONEE-Ergonomic-Carriers-Backpack-Adjustable/dp/B0B96CSL5D

Isn’t the shoulder part of the ergo quite bulky?

Ergo 360

I love my Momcozy baby carrier, travelled with it few times and it was great🥹

@Lia the Ergo doesn’t hurt shoulders in my experience. Definitely recommend trying to find a sling library near you to try one out for a week before buying if you’re concerned. Most people do seem to get on with them though

@Martina which one is it exactly please?

@Mantha I would find a local sling library - you can just rent it for when you need it then, save your money!

We have the ergo 369 and ergo original. Both FB market place finds for £20 so definitely worth keeping an eye out. Slightly prefer the 360 both are comfy. Tried a cheap Amazon one and hated it

Tula explore!!

Tula second hand ✋️

I have Becco Gemini which looks very similar to the Momcozy (Momcozy have nicer patterns) I can put it on easily by myself and is comfy and affordable

See if you have a sling library locally as they usually let you try them for free and rent them to have a go. I liked the beco Gemini cool for travel because they’re very simple and cool breathable fabric

Integra carriers fold up small. The solar ones are UV safe material too - can get on Vinted (or their old trading name Connecta) for good prices
