Birthdays!

What is everyone getting their LO for their birthday? The biggest problem I have is that I also have a 2 year old so we already have every toy you can possibly imagine. So far I just have a couple of book sets and a couple of puzzles. I feel so guilty 🥲

FTM so not sure how much help I'll be. We've been looking at garden toys, imaginary play toys like tea party sets. My mum has brought a balance bike for her, MIL has got us a camping/picnic highchair type chair and my nana has hot her some bath toys. The Works do good deals on books

We’ve got our little one a pair of shoes, a dress and one toy. We aren’t going crazy this year. We’re taking her to a little petting zoo with her cousins though as we’d rather spend money on doing something together and making some memories 😊

My son was one on Sunday, he came early! He had a puzzle board that's got his name and some wildlife on it, a trike and two books. His favourite thing was the number 1 helium balloon...followed by the wrapping strips of paper that the puzzle was protected by 😄

We are going to make a photo book of her first year. We're going to wait until after her birthday so we can include pictures from that, but I just think in this day in age photos just stay on a phone so it will be nice when she's older to look back on. And then just things like puzzles, bubbles etc x

I’ve got Tuff tray Busy board Bubbles Learning tower Trike 12-18 bed suits

@Kate love this

Summer toys Ride on Trike Soft play set Ball pit Tonie box and figures Linkable I haven't got all of these but just some ideas. We've got her so much accidentally and I keep finding more things she'll love but I refuse to buy anymore

I’ve literally got her two toys and a big elephant she can cuddle (she loves teddys) she’s having he ms Rachel doll of her grandma, toys of her great grandma a bath toy from her auntie and clothes from everyone else xx

I got a trike , kitchen set because he adores it at soft play, instruments , piano mat, water tray, Tonie box , clothes stackables. Etc! Xx

I got a sand and water table. It's technically for 24 months plus. But she had a full blow melt down when I took her from the one at nursery during her taster day. She loves water!!

To note - My trike was free And the busy board is second hand The tuff tray is from the builders yard - you don’t have to go overboard / my baby was in a room full of toys earlier and played with my hairbrush 😂

@Hayley my little girl like cardboard boxes and bags of nappies. Toys aren't necessary when pots and pans are more fun 😂

@Ebony this sounds like my baby! Haha 😄

A garden activity tray for the summer and a trike for our dog walks x

We have a 3 year old and have tons of toys … we got him the Thomas first train table and all the trains to match And a few fisher price bits and books and clothes x

My girl turned 1 yesterday and we didn't get her a huge amount; just a few little toys and a couple of things we picked up from the zoo we visited for the day. We only really did that because we have a 3 year old and wanted him to experience his sister receiving birthday presents - although he did help her open every single one 🤣 Our families got her a scuttlebug, rocking horse, a foam climbing thing (no idea how to describe it) plus some clothes and we've got a party on Saturday, so I suspect she'll get more presents then. Tbh the things she liked most were the wrapping paper and cardboard boxes, and being showered with attention from her family!

@Harriet lol love this ill probably do the same she loves a remote!
