Hate my hair and skin since having my son

I’m 7months pp and i just feel like my hair is breaking off and my skin feels really dry. It’s making me feel really rubbish about myself, when i put a small amount of makeup on it’s just clinging to my dry skin. And my hair.. well it just feels constantly oily and i have so many broken bits of hair around my face. I use all the same products i used before having my son. Anyone got any tips or products that might be more helpful? I use Aveeno for moisturiser, Cetaphil as a face wash and Elvive shampoo.

I’ve felt exactly the same and I’m nearly 6months pp. I usually use body shop but just bought simple (which I used to use, I have sensitive skin anyway). I bought the simple water boost gel cream and a booster serum to use with the cream and my skin feels quite nice today. My hair isn’t really breaking but it is falling out, I’ve started to use rosemary oil before a hair wash, and I’m taking vitamins again, I’ve only noticed a slight difference so far x

I take multis (finishing my prenatals) plus a hair skin nails, a hair gummy (biotin), and collagen powder w my morning coffee every day. My hair loss only lasted from 4-6m before it started growing in and I have like a 5 step skincare routine that helped. We have to help our bodies not lack the essentials from within. ESP if we are Bf. Baby takes our restores and if we don’t top it off and keep it in abundance it’ll start to show in your hair skin and nails (and teeth and gums) being sensitive. Try to eat a good diet as well most of the nutrients come from foods
