I used to use a beach tent and also a patio umbrella but I'd pay it down on it's side rather than have it upright
Vitamin D is great for babies & mama’s 🌞 just be mindful of what time you’re heading outside (ideally morning / later afternoon) and not too long to start if they’re just going in the sun now. Mine is 6 months too and we’ve been in the garden whenever it’s sunny to soak up the goodness—she’s loving playing with the grass, dirt & daisies 🌱🌼
We got a gazebo on market place that was perfect for the summer when she was little 😊
Mines been in the sun for 30-60mins a day and is doing great. We stay outside for another few hours and she'll wear a sunhat + light long sleeved cotton dress, she'll nap on me with a muslin cloth over her or we'll sit under the travel parasol (decathlon do a lovely lightweight but big one(
@Charlotte yes I agree however you can get sunburnt in the shade too and my baby has very fair skin so I’d rather not expose her to the sun completely but I’d love to be outside with her more.☺️
@Charlotte also my baby can’t sit yet but I think we will purchase a beach tent so that she can lay down on the grass x
@Charlotte she just eats everything to be honest 😂😂
You could get a beach tent they are usually UV protected as well. I usually hang a fitted sheet between our 2 washing lines to create a bit of shade
