Water
Baby is 7 months old but won’t drink any water with meals. She is a bit constipated. Any tips on getting her to drink water? Tried with the cup from health visitor!

I found changing the cup helped, one time I gave her water on a spoon 😅
@Skye ohhh I might try warm water actually cause I think she prefers warm food!!
Add a splash of juice to it maybe.
Same my baby 7 month old, i have 3 cups for her. I try with 1 cup and another right after so aleast she drinks little bit from both. She got constipated too and I did stomach massage n bicycles movement with leg.. it help with poop. Sometimes I do try regular cup too, she spill most of it but aleast she gets little bit from it.

It could be worth trying a different cup or testing different water temperatures to see if she has a preference. You can also put her milk in a cup and see if she likes that better. Then once she's used to the cup you can try water again.
