Travel buggy recommendations (UK)

I’m looking for travel buggy recommendations.. I’m looking for something light that packs down super small. I keep leaning towards the bugaboo butterfly but it’s super pricy and don’t want to pay the price tag if it’s not good or there’s cheaper/better options out there! 🙈

Ickle bubba is amazing!! That’s what I’m going for xxxxx

We’re looking at a Kinderkraft Trig 3 for our holiday coming up in June. It looks like it folds down small enough to go in the overhead compartment!

Smyths toys have a good one which is on sale atm as well x

We love our yoyo for flying but have had it since newborn so used it with the car seat clipped on too. You can hire travel buggies from website so you can try before you buy.

Have you tried them out in store? We liked bugaboo on paper but didn’t like the way it handled and went with AER+ instead (no cheaper though). My partner ruled out yoyo as he is tall and found it too small but it is otherwise also a good option (and much easier to get for cheaper second hand).

I have the joie pact, it's cabin size and fits well in small spaces x

the bugaboo is brilliant it does everything I wanted a cheaper one but my husband got me the bugaboo I don't just use it for holidays I use it everywhere

We have the didofy aster 2 and love it!

Honestly I just bought a zummi from smiths it’s on sale £120 and it’s great, light & compact

Joolz aer is so so good, sorry it is expensive ish but we love it I basically don’t use my other buggy now !

I absolutely love our butterfly. We bought it for holidays but haven’t used our main buggy since getting it. It’s got a really high back and high weight capacity as well as being super light and having a large basket

The zummi explorer from smyths store is AMAZING and it’s only £99!!! So goood. Everyone I have told has gotten it. Cheap cheerful and you can swap out for another one whenever and not feel guilty, I got this as getting around the trains were really difficult now I carry it or fold it quickly because its so light and one hand fold

My baby is only 4 months so I got this and it’s perfect - the baby moov cosymorpho baby travel reducer - https://amzn.eu/d/gf18HZk

@Ria do you know if this is cabin approved

Just thought I’d add about the icklebubba, it’s not the car seat that’s an issue it’s the people that use it. It meets all the safety ratings but I think people just don’t know how to use it properly. I was looking at reviews and someone had a newborn insert in when the child was too big and then another had the baby in so badly that the feet touched the seat in front 🤣🤣🙈xxx

Love the bugaboo butterfly and think it’s well worth the price tag, I completely stopped using the bigger pram after buying it.

Bugaboo butterfly or cybex beezy or cybex libelle are good travel ones x
