Breech baby

Just went for my 31 week scan and have been told I have a baby in a frank breech position. I feel really scared and I don’t think I want too opt in for ECV. What other options were people given?

You’ve got a long time to go until they worry about breech, most babies turn on their own by 36 weeks (mine turned at 35). I also didn’t want an ECV due to previous bleeding and they totally respected that. If you don’t want the ECV, you’ll be offered a c section. You can say you want to try a vaginal breech birth but they don’t recommend it especially if you’re a first time mum

I’m 36 and still breech! Been offered ECV, vaginal breech birth and c section. Initially I didn’t want to try the ECV but I’m desperately trying to avoid a C section, so I’ll be giving it a go… I’ve got a scan next week so I’m just praying she moves! I feel you ❤️

https://www.spinningbabies.com/ have a look at this website - it's a bit chaotic but they have plenty of resources and exercises to help the baby flip head down x
