PCOS

Are there any women? Who has PCOS and had a successful pregnancy? When I found out I was pregnant I was so excited but 10 minutes ago I seen someone talking about PCOS pregnancy and now I’m worried because of what Google said. ANYONE???

I have a friend who just had her first baby and has PCOS and my sister in law has 2 kids and has PCOS. Another friend has 4 kids and PCOS. It's definitely possible to have a normal healthy pregnancy 🙂

I have PCOS and this is my second pregnancy. My first pregnancy was fine. The only thing is that I had gestational diabetes which you’re more likely to have if you have PCOS.

@Jarin ok understood, I read an article and became instantly worried. I was taking 1000 mg a day so that just worried me.😅😅😅😅

@Elizabeth 1000 mg of what?

I have pcos and got pregnant on my 1st try with my 1st. I was 35. The 2nd pregnancy took 7mths. In the 7th month i took geritol and coq10 daily for almost a mth until I got a positive.

@Jarin metformin

I have PCOS and this is my second baby. Part of My PCOS is not ovulating, so both pregnancies have been IUI babies. I didn’t have gestational diabetes but I was borderline. Passed the 3hr test though 😅 Things will be fine!

@Elizabeth metformin is safe to take while pregnant - some doctors don’t continue to prescribe it when you are but it’s safe for PCOS pregnancies and can help reduce the chance of gestational diabetes

I know a few people with PCOS who have had successful pregnancies 💕

I have PCOS. My hormone levels were so off that they were practically nonexistent and my doctor told me I may never be able to have kids. I made big life changes to reduce my stress and focus on my health, and within 4 months, my hormone levels were better than they had ever been and now I’m 7 weeks pregnant. Everything’s going smoothly so far 🥰
