Walking! A lot of walking my baby boy is engaged I’m just 37 weeks today. But I do a lot of walking as much as I can some days it’s just nursey runs but with the weather picking up I tend to have a nice walk to town or to the park with my first born
40 weeks tomorrow, trying lots of walking every day - walked for 2 hours the other day 🫠 my ankles were so swollen! Spicy foods , the ball when I can, eating dates, raspberry leaf supplements, trying to relax, expressing colostrum when I can. At my last midwife appt - 2 weeks ago I was 3/5 engaged.. be interesting to see what I am at my next appointment on Monday
-Bouncing and figures of 8 on my ball -Sex (though I think this is a rumour started by men) -Spicy food -Dates -Pineapple -Walking/staying active (hard through the pain/exhaustion) -Time to relax/chill I don’t know if any of these things work 🤣 but I’ll try anything at this point
