Faint positive?

My husband and I have been TTC for nearly 7 years. In February I had an HSG done that showed my left tube is completely blocked at the uterus and my right has a hydrosalpinx blockage. We recently have scheduled our IVF consult. This month, around my ovulation time I had some discharge they was thick sticky. Didn't think much of it. Fast forward to days ago, my lower back and hips are killing me. Then yesterday I started some light spotting. So I thought what heck, I'll take a test, both last night and this morning (this is, this morning test). Could this truly be a positive test?
