My kid went old school and is really into Sesame Street and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Honestly, Mister Rogers' has been kinda good for my mental health too
My daughter LOVES Elmo so we watch Sesame Street
My son doesn't really care for Sesame Street, but loves Elmo, we've done Daniel Tigers neighborhood (I couldn't find where to watch Mr Roger's Neighborhood), also old Dora, and Blues Clues.
Blue's clues, any era. Bear in the big blue house, sesame Street, eureka's Castle...the old shows are less intense and more educational in my opinion.
@Rebecca We've been chasing Mister Rogers' Neighborhood episodes around the internet, so I can share our findings if you want! You can watch them for free on the Pluto TV app, PBS kids app, and MisterRogers.org. Someone on reddit also linked to a big list here of the ones not currently in rotation on the Mister Rogers' site: https://www.misterrogers.org/video-episodes-sitemap.xml
@Sarah thank you!
I really like this one YouTube channel called cog hill farm kids. He only has a few videos but they’re so good my lo loves them. We also like little bear, although not so educational she just loves animals.
My little boy is seeing an SLP. She gave us a list of shows she and her colleagues believe benefit toddlers 18-36 months the most. His favorites are llama llama, word party, and bear in the big blue house.
