Bleeding during pregnancy

Did anybody experience this? I’ve been bleeding non stop since the beginning of my period and I’ve also found out that I’m pregnant. I’m not getting any help and the only advice is to wait for the bleeding to stop and take another test. I’m bleeding even more now. It’s frustrating as I’m sure I’m having a miscarriage but I don’t know what to do.

Who told you that? That’s awful. If you can afford it you can get a blood test to confirm at window to the womb cost me £79 about 6 months ago. I have everything crossed for you xx

I went to the ER for mine and sadly they don’t care about MC. they left me sitting in my own blood for 7 hours and gave me two Tylenol. Honestly wish they wouldn’t told me I could pass it at home so I would’ve saved 7k. I’m sorry you’re going through this, it isn’t easy. If it’s non stop red blood then it’s most likely the case. Try to rest, don’t do too much. I had to take weeks off of work, I bled for one month and 3 days.

@Shannon epu staff members on two different occasions unfortunately. I had my blood taken and hopefully tomorrow I’ll get the results. I’m too early for a scan as I think I may be just over 5 weeks. I’m scared but ready to accept the outcome and move on eve if it won’t be that easy

@Claire that must’ve been very awful and I genuinely don’t understand why they don’t try to do more. In some cases they can try to help. Mine is non stop red now and since it started I’ve actually even told my partner that it’s most likely a miscarriage. We’re shattered but without help there’s nothing we can do

It was probably one of the most devastating experiences of my life, it’s lonely and it feels like nobody cares/can do anything. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. For any constellation, this doesn’t mean that there’s anything wrong with you, or that you did anything to cause this, and there was likely nothing you could’ve done to prevent it. I beat myself up so badly, I changed all of my products, but reality is that it was probably just my body recognizing that it wasn’t a healthy pregnancy. And this doesn’t mean you will never get pregnant again! If it happens multiple times I think they get more concerned, but it’s more common in early pregnancy than you would think, and gets mistaken for a heavy period more often than not. None of this makes it easier to deal with but maybe it’ll give you some piece of mind. I was about 7-8 weeks when it happened to me. Stay strong, you’re still a mama, and you will get through this 🫶🏻

How are things now lovely has the bleeding slowed down? X

@Claire I just wish I never tested. If I’ll eventually get pregnant again in the future I will not test even if I miss several periods in a row. I’m a bit traumatised. I pray you’ll also have your baby 🙏

@Shannon it’s still the same. Unfortunately I am having a miscarriage
