Early scan gestation
For anyone that had an early scan & was measuring different, are you now going by what they said at the scan or LMP? (Mine was just a private clinic not like an NHS scan)

A scan is more accurate, but your midwife will go by LMP untill your 12 week scan regardless xxx
Scan measurements can change in the first trimester as well, my first scan I was measuring behind and now my second one I’m measuring ahead so it won’t be 100% accurate until your 12 week one I think but I’d definitely go off the measurements of the scan it might end up aligning with your LMP as mine did on my second scan:) x

I go by the scan, just because lmp is a rough guide and it really depends when you ovulate, how long your cycles are, if they’re regular etc So I’d say a scan is more accurate
