When did you start buying shoes for your gorgeous bubbas? 👟🥿

Wondering as I have an 11 month old who just wants to stand and is starting to take some steps 🥰

When he was confidently walking. Whilst they’re still learning and getting the hang of walking it’s best to keep them barefoot if you can

Absolutely fine on the grass. It’s good for babies to feel the different grounds

it took us about 5 days from first step independently without holding on to walking .. its bean almost 2 weeks and she is running now..you can get prewalkers for outside and they will be still good when starting , at home its best to have without socks if you can .. so will not slip and feel the surface better ..

When she started properly walking outside, so 15+ months or so for us!

At 10 months as he was walking

When my boy was cruising on furniture I bought his first pair of shoes. Then I’d put them on him every day and took them off for naps but they went right back on when he woke up. It helped him get used to wearing them and now one of his favorite phrases is “go get your shoes!”

I did it at 9 months just to get her used to the shoes earlier. At 12 months she still can’t walk yet, but she’s fine maneuvering in shoes

@Ciera are they super soft flexible sole ones? Wearing shoes can hinder development as they need to feel the ground.

@Holly of course they are. They’re like the sock shoes
