Do you include your kids on your birthday

It’s my birthday today to, happy birthday to you ❤️ it’s my first with my little girl so she’s coming with me today, don’t feel guilty if you choose to leave her with her auntie it is your day so your choice. Hope you have an amazing day xx

My birthday was at beginning of March and I did both. I had some time to myself in the morning and went for a massage and then in the afternoon spent time with my partner and baby and went for walk and food etc

Me and my boys birthday are 3 days apart so I think we will have joint birthday celebration every year x

I love celebrating my birthday with my kids so we usually have a cake on the day and the following day or that evening l celebrate with friends. I also do the same for them. We do a lil mini celebration, just cake and singing and then they do something with their friends. Helps keep the balance.

Depends on the year. I usually want both.

I personally haven’t included them in my birthday the first 5 years of their lives. They’ve always stayed with one of their aunts or my mom and I go out with my husband to do things that I enjoy doing. I like to eat, shop and maybe have some drinks on my birthday but after last year, it was all getting old. I can really do those things any day of the year. I want to start to include them on my birthday! They’re the ones that really make my life special and worth while and we’re a family. However, do you! It took me 5 birthdays to realize this lol. 😂 I still always had a great time and don’t regret the past at all. It doesn’t make you a bad mom if you want to leave them with their aunt and go on your own little birthday adventure. ❤️

Include them for the day & keep the evening for adult celebration

No lol. I feel like that’s the one time I get time away from my kids. My daughter’s birthday is 6 days after mine. For my birthday in January, I had a birthday dinner out with friends & the following weekend we celebrated her birthday at Mickey Ds play place. Everybody wins lol.
