Congratulations!! Being plus size doesn’t always mean that you’ll have a high risk pregnancy! I was low risk, normal blood pressure, and passed the glucose test on the first try! The only issue I had because of my weight was, when I did the NIPT testing (testing for abnormal chromosomes and you can find out the gender!) at 10 weeks I got back an “inconclusive” result. Meaning it couldn’t detect enough fetal DNA to give me a straight answer, due to my weight. But I did it again 2 weeks later and got back my official results!
@Alyssa @CeeCee thank you both for your positive feedback. Unfortunately I believe it is a chemical. My tests are not getting darker at all and I am worried I am losing it. I did a BHCG test today and will repeat on Friday to confirm.
Congratulations! I had a plus size pregnancy, no complications except a little high BP in the last week, healthy baby (9lb4oz!!) who is now 15 months 🥰
