Mines is in two days. My first pregnancy was the same. I had to be 10 weeks past my last cycle before seeing my obgyn. Not sure if this applies to all but congratulations and don’t worry everything starts slow but the journey will be unforgettable. ❤️
The longest wait ever… I was 5 weeks when I found out and the doctor wouldn’t see me until 9 weeks. I was soooooo stressed out.. it felt like forever. I started thinking I wasn’t pregnant anymore 😂😂😂😂. It was terrible… I’m an over thinker
I’m already 10 weeks along and my first OB appointment isn’t scheduled until April 21.. I choose to do things less traditional though so I didn’t wait on that, I decided to get my viability ultrasound done by a 3D specialist and my blood work done by my regular physician.. i think it’s normal to not get prenatal care until 12 weeks though because they can’t really get very much information until then..
So with my first i had to wait almost 2 months. I guess depending on state or where you go alot of places don't see you until your at least 10 weeks or more just cause can't really see anything in the beginning and thats about the time ultrasounds are effective. That's my experience. Now this 2nd pregnancy i just found out and I got in like 5 days after finding out but I'm also 11 weeks. (This second one was a big surprise.🥴)
Thank you all for responding. Yall have definitely helped ease my mind a bit. I thought it was crazy they couldn’t see me earlier 😂😂🤦♀️
I went in when I was 6weeks (2 weeks after finding out.) for bloodwork and all that jazz, I’m 8 weeks today and go in tomorrow for my first ultrasound 🩷
First ultrasounds are always so late these days. Mine was 10 weeks. Since i had a blighted ovum (considered a miscarriage)though, i get special treatment now and can get in at 6.5 weeks and thank goodness cause the first one was a looong wait for NOTHING. I am having my second pregnancy now and going in today at just under 7 weeks! Fingers crossed!
My appointment is tomorrow and I cant be more excited but this nauseous is kicking my butt
9 weeks made the appointment at 4/5 weeks known since 3w4d
@Queen I would have talk myself out out being pregnant with that length.
@Elizabeth 10/10 don’t recommend and yes I was in denial and I still am and I saw the baby today
@Queen i feel that. I have had almost every symptom one can have, actively look pregnant (what with my bloating) and I still think my pregnancy test lied. I was looking into planned parenthood just cuz I didn’t wanna wait 2 weeks with Kaiser. I can’t imagine waiting over a month from when I found out.. props to you lol
@Vanessa besides extra slowed digestion cramping and sore boobs I’m absolutely normal… after 8 years of personal infertility 4 years trying this round… i mean I guess I’m having a dream pregnancy but 10/10 not what I expected.
@Queen is this your first?

@Elizabeth yes.
I'm not going to lie lol I had to see it asap so I went to a women's center until I could get in to my Dr. It was a free pee test and ultrasound so I got to see the sack before it progressed and it made me feel so much better
My first appointment is tomorrow. I'll be 9w 3d. I made my appointment around 6w. This was the soonest they could get me in. Morning sickness is kicking my butt. I think the scheduler was more excited than I was. 😂 I'm also anxious to get in and hear the heart beat and find out everything is normal.
