Dirty diaper storage
Hi! My husband and I have just started using cloth diapers for our 10 month old but are having trouble figuring out where to store dirty diapers until they can be washed. We have a diaper genie from when we used disposable diapers but I've read it's best to store them in open air containers to prevent mildew. What are y'all using to store dirty diapers?

we use a wet bag
I love the Dekor with the cloth bags. We have two that we used for two previous kids and about to use again for our third. Many people just use a laundry basket with holes for the air to circulate. Assume you spray the poop first. I like the spray pal shield, which you can make DIY versions of with a plastic trash can and chip clip. Any type of bidet sprayer works fine.
I use one of those laundry baskets with all the holes in them lol so they can get air and no moisture gets trapped and they don’t smell at all!
I like to use a small ikea wire trash can. It’s small enough to put anywhere. And when it gets filled up it’s a good amount for a load.

We use the dekor diaper pail with their cloth liners but you could probably just use any old wet bag 😅
