I had this in January, and it ended in a miscarriage… are they doing bloods?
Yes they have done 1 set of bloods hcg 570 (around 4 weeks). Another set of bloods tomorrow
@katie they should roughly double in 48 hours. My first bloods were 79…. So 570 is a lot higher… stay positive ❤️
How many weeks was you when they first tested you. Appreciate you sharing x
@katie I was about 7 weeks. It was my first pregnancy and I had a LITTLE bit of cramping but wasn’t sure if it was normal, and my anxiety went into overdrive so they sent me for bloods. From the very first test though they could tell it was very low, as 79 is like a few days since conception, not 7 weeks into pregnancy so they told me to expect the worst. I think my second test went up to 81, so nowhere near double, and I miscarried about a week later. Hoping as your bloods were higher, you will have a different outcome to me. Saying that, i’ve just delivered my beautiful little boy, who’s 2 weeks old. We conceived the following month after the miscarriage, so a strong believer in “everything happens for a reason”.
Aww that's lovely news. I'm a big believer of everything happens for a reason it's just doesn't feel like that at the moment I'm stressed x
@katie I was exactly the same, a lot of “what if” and unanswered questions. Whatever the outcome though, it will be ok xx
Any update are you ok? Xxx
Hcg level on the first test was 570 on Friday. Waiting on test results from today x

Unfortunately bad news this pregnancy ended in a loss x
@katie oh I’m so so sorry Katie. Here if you need a chat! I had a loss back in January - found out the same way x
Thank you x
I’m so so sorry to hear this, here if you need to talk it through xx
I had a pregnancy of unknown location in May 2024, and am sorry if this is what you are going through. Sometimes it will pass on its own, and other times you will need treatment to help it pass, but in theory your body may miscarry the pregnancy as the baby isn’t where he/she needs to be 💔
