You generally want to wait at least a year for your body to physically be healed and ready to carry another baby. I just had my 2nd and my boys are about 19 months apart. Pregnancy with a very dependent little one was very difficult physically and mentally. But we survived! 3 month old was a surprise and I wasn't necessarily planning for another yet..in hindsight I would probably suggest waiting until your first is a bit more independent and on a solid schedule. But it's up to you of course!!

We have a 3 year age gap and it's lovely 🥰 my eldest helps and is independent but we don't have to worry about school runs so we can be on baby's schedule rather than trying to put baby on a schedule. I've heard that biologically, 4 years is "best"
