I didn’t think I could take laxatives.
my ob said it was perfectly safe, i take miralax every now and then if i feel backed up, fiber snacks are great too!

I tried a few things.. prunes ext but nothing worked for me so had to have laxatives instead 😩 mixed with cranberry juice because it tastes absolutely vile
A glass of cloudy pear juice every day can really help. Or try taking a magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate supplement - they’re good support to get things moving

Peppermint tea, warm apple juice, and honestly a cup of coffee always helps me poop!
I swear by kiwis. When I'm very constipated I might eat 6-8 in one day, but once things are moving again, 2-3 a day usually maintains good digestive transit. I also drink prune juice before bed, but if you only try one I would highly recommend kiwis.
