Hi, curious to see what everyone's mat leave conditions are. Does your work offer enhanced pay etc? Any additional support?

I'm feeling quite lucky. Mine is 6 month full pay, rest stat. Also have access to maternity telehealth (doulas, midwifes, lactation consultants, paediatricians etc )Fred of charge until LO turns 2
@Beth ah, that's rubbish. What's stat nowadays? When I had my first it was maybe 600 per month
It’s not really changed since then!
@Beth terrible. I doesn't even go up with inflation? Can probably only buy half as many products now as I did then
