Baby belly normal??

My baby is almost 4 weeks old but I notice that his belly looks very swollen like when a puppy has worms is the best way I can describe it. He passes gas and burps normally and his pediatrician said it’s normal but I just wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?? His stomach is just very round and bloated looking
