My little boy is only 12 weeks but i had them as a young child.

What was the surgery like?

Yep my son had them at 2 years old. Surgery was super fast - just a day patient we were home mid-afternoon. He was a sleepy and groggy from the drugs for the first few days but by day 3 he was back to normal. His ears leaked ALOT for the first 6months so we had to clean them every evening. But he didn’t get any infections and we kept on with swimming lesson etc and all was fine.

I opted for hearing aids instead for the time being as it can resolve itself
