Double buggy

I have a really tall toddler who’s nearly 3 and due in the next couple of weeks with a newborn. Does anyone have any recommendations regarding double buggies ?

I really liked the sit n stand when my littlest was tiny cause my oldest could hop on and off. But we recently got the wonderfold and now that they're both mobile they like it much better. The sit n stand is much lighter though so if you had some problems during pregnancy or have a csection you might not be able to use it solo for a bit. The sit n stand is also much cheaper lol my wonderfold was a very generous gift When my youngest was a newborn though I mostly wore him and used our old single stroller for my toddler.

Do you mean a buggy board!? I was thinking this but what do I do I’m out all day & the toddler would like to nap? So much to think about :(

I wouldn't bother with a double tbh. I did but I was glad I only got one second hand as I think I used it 10 times total! I can't drive so walk everywhere, too! I'd get a buggy board and a baby carrier. If the toddler needs a nap, pop the baby in the carrier.

Yeah maybe it’s best to invest in a decent baby carrier instead of double buggy x

@Chloe if your toddler was a year younger I'd defo get a double but at 3 you're not going to use it often. If you find your toddler is really reluctant with the buggy board you could get a second hand double but I'd definitely wait and see!

Thank you xx

I got a double side by side from marketplace for long day trips (holiday, legoland) but other than that he uses the double board or his scooter and has done since 2. But he’s also not a napper so wasn’t worth investing in something expensive x

mine have exactly 2 years between them and i've hardly used our double. toddler wants to walk everywhere, baby is always in the carrier!
