Any idea what this could be? Could it be CMPA or am I being dramatic… more pics in comments if I can
Poo’s are normal, he’s straining quite hard, farting a bit, being quite fussy, wants to be held all the time. 5 weeks old today.

We have similar.... been told ots heat rash so have taken a layer off ... ive been googling all sorts and sending myself insane. It does seem to be going down now after letting her air herself x
