I don’t see why not. Unless you’re going to be kicking and screaming, she can sit in a chair in the corner of the room while you get it done. It truly doesn’t hurt, if you’re scared take meds 30min prior to the appt

You said spouse will be unavailable well then I’d bring a friend or sister and have brunch after and make a day out of it. So they can sit w my toddler while I go get it done
