My flo app was over a week off of my ovulation , use ovulation tests
I had a scan as i experienced cramping on the 14th and I had a really stressful first pregnancy and she did confirm she could see that ovulation had occurred as she could see on my left ovary but said it could be too early to see a sac I downloaded a new app and it said I should of ovulated on the 5th of April so maybe Flo is out

You can only confirm ovulation with BBT or using PdG tests. An app will give you the average time but it might bot be accurate. Don’t rely on app for ovulation.
