No help unfortunately but we are having a very similar experience with our boy! I started topping up bottles of breast milk with an ounce or so of formula just a couple of times and he’s gone from 3 to 4 poos a day to 1 every day or two. From what I have been told it’s very common for them to have periods of time with fewer poos, their digestive system is still developing and the introduction of formula will have an effect. I think if it carries on for a couple of weeks or she seems particularly unhappy/lethargic maybe speak to a health visitor and just ensure it’s nothing else. Our boy seems happy enough but is very gassy. Have an appointment on the 30th so hoping to find out more then! Hope she’s okay and you’re not too worried x

It’s normal for babies to go up to 3 days without pooping if they are formula fed, it could just be their little body adjusting. I would ask a doctor x

Thank you! She is generally happy but also very gassy! Hopefully it is just the adjustment but 4 days seems quite a long time so will check with doctor! X
