Elvis 🎸

So my husband is trying to convince me on the name Elvis if we have a baby boy… Not even particularly after the musician, he just likes the name but I’m pretty convinced he would just get asked ‘oh after Elvis Presley?’ his whole life but my husband doesn’t thinks so…. What do you guys think?

We are also huge Elvis fans and this has been suggested many times!😂 we actually like the name but it's definitely too linked to Presley!

I also like the name as a name, but the association is too strong.

I named my cat Elvis, after Elvis Presley so no 😂 Elvis is Elvis, everyone is going to make the connection

I like it. I have only known one Elvis & it was my brother’s bestie. It’s unique. Go for it.

i think as a middle name it could work, i just don’t think it’s very wearable for a kid. Elvis has always been a “stage name” to me even tho it’s his real name. Presley i think is more wearable but it’s still a so-so name for me HOWEVER, may i suggest Elvin?
