Scrub them with Zote soap first and then throw them in the wash. This bar works wonders!!💕 https://a.co/d/cH6ATO3
It needs to be pretreated before it even hits the wash. So a bar, a spray- anything, that can sit there and work in it for a couple hrs before the wash, because that’s when the stain would’ve dried out and settled in, basically I don’t let it settle in, I wet it, then spray liberally w a spray then let sit and in the next wash I add stain remover powder but it’s been removed through pretreating already. As a mum that washed cloth diapers, none of them stained if I sprayed them beforehand
I use Vanish Spray before putting in the washing machine.
Dip in cold water and scrub in some washing up liquid and leave for half hour until throwing it into the wash with some vanish powder
Napisan is very good for stains x
With the oxi clean, try making a thick paste with a bit of water. Let them sit in the paste for like a day. Then wash. Sundry. 🙌🏻
hmm, have you tried soaking them in a mix of baking soda and water? tbh, that worked wonders for me with milk stains! I actually checked the 'Heal App' for this and here's what it says: "It sounds frustrating to deal with persistent milk stains! First, try soaking the stained items in a mixture of warm water and white vinegar for about 30 minutes before washing them again. This can help break down the proteins in the milk. After soaking, wash the clothes in the hottest water safe for the fabric, and consider adding a stain remover specifically designed for protein stains, like those containing enzymes. If the stains remain, avoid drying the items until you're sure the stains are gone, as heat can set them. Have you noticed if the stains are more stubborn on certain fabrics or types of clothing?
I use dawn dish soap and it works like a champ, all my stains are gone. Before washing I spot wash with dawn and hot water giving a good scrub then I toss in the washing machine. For really set in spots I’ll boil the clothes with dawn in a pot on the stove for a few minutes before I wash them in the machine … this also works for all my babies stains too
Thank you for the suggestions everyone! Appreciate it.
Maybe try Sun bleaching? Not sure if it works on set in stains but do a wash and then put it in the sun til dry
