Are you splitting your weeks or did you take them all?

I’m not sure I did 8 weeks paid disability and they extended it another 4 weeks unpaid

Yeah the last 4 weeks are unpaid but I believe you can use your own PTO to cover those weeks.

How do you get disability extended?

Yes I took my disability for 8 weeks and my primary doctor extended it for another 4 weeks. Went back to work for 2 months and applied for family bonding week for the next 8 weeks
