Ritz crackers to snack on or white cheddar puffs or soft dinner rolls/ croissants
Carbs helped me. Dry bread. Salt and vinegar rice cakes. Mini cheddars. I ended up on a prescription though. And forget bed times and wake times. If you're tired and you can. Sleep. I spent much of it coming home from work and going straight for a nap. I remember my step son asking my partner why I was in bed lots 😂. Right now the placenta hasn't formed so your body is doing it all on its own, so if you feel like you need to sleep, it's because you do!
Oh and I found half way through on the days I forgot to take my prenatals I didn't feel nearly as sick. So I switched to taking them right before bed instead of in the morning!
Definitely have snacks everywhere! I had them at home, work and in the car to help with the nausea!
Keep lots of snacks with you and water also invest in the anti sickness bands off Amazon I swear by them for helping with the nausea etc x
I had prescription diclectin for the nausea/morning sickness. Keep many small snacks with you if you can, lots of water.
