Am I over thinking this?

This is probably going to sound ridiculous and probably isn't even a big deal but I'm really bothered by it. Aldi have a baby event right now and they're selling various colour ways of the Rapid Cool for around £20. I was scrolling vinted yesterday and saw about 6 of them listed by various people selling them anywhere between £40-£65! Their descriptions are saying that they refuse to change the price and if you have a problem with how much they're selling it for, go buy it in store. So essentially these people are buying multiple rapid cool cheap, and then selling them for almost double the price on vinted. Is this not basically scalping? Im all for reselling if you reckon you'll make a little profit but the fact it's something like the rapid cool, which is kinda a necessity I guess for preparing formula etc .. it feels super scammy and almost taking advantage? Am I being ridiculous or is this a bit shitty on their part? And I feel like with what they are putting in the description about refusing offers and to buy it in store if you have a problem with the price, they know exactly what they are doing and that they are taking advantage!

i don’t like this either, this happens with a lot of things like the bluey chairs and the wooden toys. people were even doing it with discontinued nappy rash cream when there were mothers desperate for it as it was the only thing that worked for their little ones!

It was the same around Christmas with the wooden items. Sadly what happens in a society that prioritises private profit over kindness and consideration. The ills of capitalism

I love the Aldi baby events but every single time they have one people buy everything and sell it for double/triple the price on vinted I actually hate it!!!! So many people would benefit from using a Nuby and may not have £40/£50 to get one, Aldi bring some out that are actually affordable and people take the piss😳🙄 you would think it would be mums supporting mums and wanting to actually help each other make mum life more affordable, it’s actually so selfish and disgusting tbh!! I’m all for making a bit of extra money, buying cheap things on sale and re-selling them but this takes the actually mick, example I went to Aldi yesterday to get the baby weaning kit and some woman bought every single one off the shelf…it’s ridiculous

There were a lot doing this when it was the wooden toy events at Aldi and Lidl near Christmas time
