I put her in a play gym for 5-8 mins and then tummy time with flash cards for a few mins and mostly just cuddles and talking to her
We do 'independent play' in the mornings, which involves sitting in the bouncer looking out the window or watching me make coffee. Then we'll read books and have chats. Afternoons is normally sensory play. Laying on his back on the foil is a favourite. Evenings is physical play with Daddy and we've started trying to have him back in the bouncer while we eat. Then we've taken to singing songs before bedtime.
Floor is better for their development than a bouncer but my daughter was usually in arms most of the time. They learn a lot from looking at your face. Singing, speaking etc to them at this age.
