After my first I was still looking pregnant for a long time after. The only thing I really did different this time is go to a mum’s core workout class once a week from around 4 month pp. Not sure if this is what helped but could be. Have you spoken to your GP about?

Look into deep breathing core exercises. I know breathing sounds like it's not gona do anything but it's really does help with diastasis recti

Have you looked up about diastis recti? There’s lot of strengthening exercises that will pull you in again check out getfitwithjuliat on instagram she has loads of mini core workouts for postpartum mums x
