Little one

My little girl is 5 half months, and she has become really fussy if I put her down she cries if I leave the room she cries, tummy time she loves but then cries, she becoming fussy with the bottle too but does take it. She isn’t a reflux baby and spoken to doctor, could it be to do with her teeth as she is constantly chewing and I can see a few trying to come through.

I hear you! My boy is also 5 months old and is very fussy too 🫠

Exactly the same, I said to my husband is he entering that phase of realising when I’m not in the room. Couldn’t even walk across the kitchen to put the kettle on yesterday! Xx

In the same boat! Baby has always been really settled & content- this week I can’t please him, fussing, whinging, fighting naps. He has some signs of teething but I don’t think I can see any coming through yet

I am so glad I’m not the only one! Yes I’ve noticed as soon as I leave the room she cries, which she never did before so I think its definitely teething as she has some trying to come through she a little bunged up too! And she getting frustrated she can’t crawl to get to stuff! @Renia @Alicia @Jade xxx

Yeah they're starting to really get an understanding of the world around them now, my little boy if I go and hi to him then walk away to do something he cries because he thought I was going to pick him up 🥺 separation anxiety will start to become a thing over the next few months for a lot of us

Yep exactly the same here I also took his to the GP to make sure there’s nothing underlying but clean bill of health and a puzzled GP too! So clingy and moaning a lot bless him x

I also think that this is the big developmental month for our November babies with coming up to meeting those big milestones of sitting up by themselves, rolling over and getting ready for solids so maybe this is the corporate as well. I’ve noticed also noticed beginning of separation anxiety in the same ways as mentioned above but also feeling sad if strangers (neighbors, friends or random baby loving lady) come up to say hello he would normally smile away but he can be little teary and immediately looks for me bless him

Yess my baby is exactly the same, she has been the most chilled smiley baby, now is getting clingy and only wants to sleep on or next to me. She really is becoming more aware of the world, but I’m worried about her getting to clingy to me in the next few months.. her teeth are also a massive factor in this I think (hopefully)
