I’ll try super fine!
Ok!!!! Thank you soooo much !!!!!!!! I have some puree prune I’ll give her. 😭
My 2 year old also gets constipated too. The only thing that has help her is making sure she getting 6 to 8 oz juice a day or if I feel she getting constipated giving her more blueberry cause they clean her out.
Just went through this with my daughter. Her doctor recommended staying hydrated; apple juice; high-fiber fruits and veggies like prunes and pears; exercise; and a teaspoon of Miralax mixed into about 2 oz or water or juice.
It’s so hard to remember to keep them hydrated, but keep zippy cups just for water only and fill them up and tru the day just say where’s your water go drink water. If my lil one is fuzzy or getting into something I firmly say he please go drink water where is your water 😅 works like a charm for us. 🍀 momma
We went through this! I would actually reach out to your Dr. if she goes 2 or more days without pooping. The longer you wait, the bigger the issue it can become. You can try warm baths, baby heating pads (I think Frida has one), prune/pear juice. None of those worked for us initially, but it may for you.
Water? Or prune juice helps (add some water to it)
Coconut oil mama. Just a teeny bit. The tip of the spoon. Maybe 1/4 tsp, it works wonders!
Have you given plums? We keep plum purees around just for conspiration and if has always done the trick for us. For adding veggies, have you tried choosing them super fine and adding them to other things (mac n cheese is an easy one to hide them in). Also, high-fiber pastas like chickpea or red lentil. Hope your LO feels better soon!
