I would recommend seeing a physiotherapist for help with this. They can examine you whilst doing exercises and see if you're doing them right and help you to learn them x
I’d get a cheap pelvic floor squeezer and use that to strengthen your PV muscles. I don’t pee myself and I can jump on my boys trampoline just fine without leaking. But I did do my planks and reverse planks and worked on my core and got my belly down, in turn working on my PV also.
@Jas I have been seeing a physio for last 2 years. It’s like I have nerve damage. I cannot do the squeeze 😢
@Kellie I have no ability to squeeze 😢 I have a pelvic floor squeezer and it doesn’t register anything and my physio also says she feels nothing when I say I’m “squeezing” 😭 I will try out some core exercises as an alternative as I think kegals are a waste of time for me at this point 😔
Are there any pelvic floor exercises other than kegals that stop incontinence?
