Gassy baby

Hey ladies🙋🏻‍♀️ My 2 week old feels as though she’s in a lot of discomfort I don’t know what it is she seems to have trapped wind and struggled to poop I gave her some Infacol earlier today she has pooped and it’s normal She did cry a lot during this stage almost like she was in pain It was so sad to see She’s not normally like this. I do breast feed I mostly pump and put in bottle and I have done for days she seems fine but I did have to feed her formula as I had no supply at all last night and obv did not want to starve her since then she’s been like this. I have her some kendamil Do you think I should call the doctor tomorrow or does this happen with babies sometimes 🫢FTM so I have no idea what to do Any advice would be great thank you in advance

Couple Of things: -All babies unfortunately go through some level of gas and reflux because of their underdeveloped GI -Bottle & breast have diff latches so they’ll inevitably take some air - They have super sensitive tums so change from breastmilk to formula will also bother them a bit However, FED is most important! Just be careful extra vigilant with burping whether you’re breast or bottle feeding. Keep them upright for 15-30 mins after a feed & look up paced feeding for when you use the bottle!

I eat a lot of Mexican and was told the peppers & onions can make babies gassy which I think can sometimes help them to push a poo out.
