If you google post partum core exercises they will come up then just see which ones you are comfortable with & gradually increase the reps. Same with 360 breathing - have a look on google. The focus is to bring your abdominal muscles back together x
I am also 8 weeks pp & just managed to get into some of my jeans! My stomach has gone down a lot but defo not back to normal. I have been doing 10 mins of core exercises 3-4 times a week & 360 breathing which I think has helped
