About 36 hours after my section. I drank so much water in the hospital and it was fine!
about 2-3 days, it just felt like a normal bowel movement tbh. no pain or discomfort x
Mine was a couple of days after with the help of dulcolax
The day after although they put me on lactulose in the hospital
About 3ish day but the midwives gave me laxatives

Couple of days ! They have me quite alot of lactulose post c sec. It def helped and then meant no straining. You can get some from boots if needs x
