The hospital should be opening up an internal investigation at the least. My friends boy (11) was given the wrong dose of medication a few weeks ago, and they said a full internal investigation would be carried out, and she'd be advised of the outcome. Is there anything they can do for your daughter to check what her exposures levels are/were so you've got confirmation? If needed, I'd also speak to citizens advice and see if there's anything they advise in regards to the hospitals negligence. Hope your little girl is OK, and you too! X
This is just one reason I don't trust hospitals, I'm sorry this happened. If I were you I'd complain through pals. It's taken over a year for them to even realize, it's so bad
get legal advice - that's what I would do if I was you. it's a disgrace
This is negligence! I’m so sorry this happened to you and your baby.I would definitely take this further!
