Low PAPP A
Has anyone been told they have low paap a hormone?
I have been told to take 150mg aspirine everyday until birth and have a special scan booked in when ill be 23 weeks.

Yeah I have it with my twins- I’m 16 weeks and babies both growing well. I have more scans anyway due to twins but you’ll just be monitored closely if they’re worried about growth
I was told yesterday that I have it, I’m currently 18 weeks with my third child. Also told to take aspirin and told about extra scans etc

Had it in my last pregnancy. Had multiple growth scans towards the end of pregnancy to check babies weight but ended up with a healthy slightly in the small her size (5.11 lbs) baby who was born full term! It’s only really a worry if you go overdue but they shouldn’t let you go overdue!
