Blighted ovum

I miscarried on feb 15 and got pregnant right after… had my first ultrasound today because I don’t know how far along I am… they couldn’t find an embryo. Anyone else have this happen? What did your doctors do after? I don’t know what to think or how to feel. Any advice?

Similar thing happened to me when I was 5 weeks 5 days there was a ges sac but no yolk sack or fetal pole a week later there was a embryo

I went in at 8 weeks & there wasn’t an embryo just a yolk sac. Was told I needed to wait 11 days before another ultrasound to determine viability. I also have a subchorionic hematoma. Due to both my doctor said I’ll likely end in a miscarriage. I went back 11 days later and there was a fetal pole (heartbeat) & visible embryo. Baby measuring 3 weeks behind. I still have the SCH and am going back on Monday to see if the baby has grown. Unfortunately I’m still in limbo but sharing bc there is a chance you’ll see an embryo/fetal pole at your next appointment. Hope you stay cautiously optimistic.

I am going on vacation next week so they are making me wait 3 weeks before they do another ultrasound

The wait is agonizing. I was so mad at my body for not catching a MMC and then for not having any symptoms. Just know you’re not alone. Enjoy your vacation!

I will try… gonna be hard not to think about if there’s a baby or not 😢
