Just had my bloods back and the numbers are 1 in 5000 for all the syndromes. & PAPP-A is 0.79. It then says low chance but after googling it’s sent me down into a bit of a spiral!!! My numbers with my last pregnancy 2yrs ago were so so much higher than this 😫

I’d recommend getting a second private NIPT test, there are places which offer much more accuracy than the NHS and can confirm for you
They have changed the scoring and can now only score it out of 5,000. My midwife warned me not to panic when I see 5,000 as the last time I have it done it was out of a much higher number x

If you are worried, I also recommend NIPT for peace of mind. If they’ve downgraded the numbers to 5000 max it’s because the test is less accurate/sensitive, which is not really the direction you want testing to be going in…

I think they've changed the scoring now so 1 in 5000 is really positive. I know they've changed it in my health board so we can't have any higher than the 5000
