Keep your hip elevated for a short while after intercourse. I did it mostly in jest but we got pregnant very soon after I started doing it. Also definitely make sure your partner is taking their fitness seriously. I think him being in his peak fitness is largely why I’ve had a relatively easy pregnancy.

@Tolu how long would you keep ur hip elevated?

I told another mom about this but pretty sure it’s how I got pregnant with my 2nd. So when you know ur ovulation date, you can still get pregnant 5 days before and 1 day after. And sperm stays in the vagina for 7 days. So for example my ovulation date was 3/30/25 so I could get pregnant between the 25th-29th. Me and my husband did it on the 23rd. I still got pregnant even tho we had sex a whole week before my ovulation date. It all has to be within each other the sperm and fertile window. Hope this helps lol sorry for the tmi too
